Terms & Conditions

Here at Simply Stylish Interiors, we like to keep our business as “Simple” as possible, so we keep our trading terms simple and easy to understand:

Privacy Policy

Before accepting these terms and conditions you should also read our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you will be accepting the Privacy Policy as well.

Pricing:

*All prices shown include Vat at the current rate.
*All prices are in £’s Sterling.
*Prices of products shown do not include Postage, Carriage or Gift Wrapping - these are extra.
*As payment is direct via Paypal or Sage, all prices on our website will be honoured at the point of order.
*Title of ownership remains with Simply Stylish Interiors until full payment received [Product and Shipping]
*Simply Stylish Interiors reserve the right to change the prices on it’s website at any time.
*Simply Stylish Interiors have the right to change pricing on the website when needed and without prior notification.

Orders:

*All orders placed via our website are placed subject to stock and product availability.
*Orders are processed as soon as notification that payment has been cleared.
*Orders cleared before 2.00pm will be dispatched on the same working day [Monday to Friday]. Orders and clearance received after 2.00pm will be dispatched on the next working day [Monday to Friday]
* When placing your order it is important that you clearly show all requested details clearly to ensure efficient processing of your order.
* Items which are shown out of stock cannot be ordered until stock replenished. If you have particular interest for an Out of Stock product, you should email us with details and we can then advise you of the estimated delivery date.
* A despatch note and receipt will be issued with all orders. We do not send out Vat receipts.

Deliveries:

*Following confirmed payment, orders will normally be dispatched same day or within 24 hours by the selected method. Our preferred method is Standard Parcel Post [Post Office] which is normally 3 to 5 working days. Special requests for Express or recorded can be accepted but these will be at additional cost.
*All prices shown are for UK Mainland deliveries only.
*All deliveries from Simply Stylish Interiors are recorded. Your parcel will need to be signed for, so please make sure that someone is available. We are unable to bear the cost of non-delivered parcels, so you may have to incur an additional charge for your order to be re-delivered.
*The product(s) will be delivered to the address requested, which must be the Credit Card Holders registered address. Please show all details clearly to avoid any delivery problems.
* We can not be held liable for late or wrong deliveries, as we are dependant on the Postal System.

Returns:

* Simply Stylish Interiors have a no Quibble Guarantee. We source our products from reputable manufacturers and suppliers and we inspect in house 100% prior to dispatch to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
*For any return, please advise in writing, by email to sales@simplystylish interiors.co.uk,confirming all details including reason for return. Returns are accepted for Manufacturing defects and Transport Damage. We will advise you of returns address and procedure by return.
* In the event that you have to make a return to us we request that you do so within 15 days of the original order being dispatched. It must be in it’s original packaging. A refund or replacement will then be issued.
* Original postage will not be refunded. However we will send out any replacement at no additional postage cost.
* Simply Stylish Interiors offices are at Elm Wood House, Meadow Close, Higham Ferrers, Northants, NN10 8HA.

Product Specifications:

* Simply Stylish Interiors makes every effort to supply the products as advertised, but we reserve the right to supply alternate products with minor variations in either dimension and / or specification.
*The majority of the products supplied by Simply Stylish Interiors are hand made and therefore no two products will be the same. The customer accepts that some variation in detail, finish, colour, size etc.... is acceptable . Our hand made products are unique.

Liability:

*Under no circumstances shall Simply Stylish Interiors be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss however caused.

Health & Safety:

* Simply Stylish Interiors confirms that the goods it supplies as a distributor do not present a hazard to health and safety when (a) Properly used for the purpose for which it was designed and (b) The customer takes reasonable and normal precautions in it’s use.

General:

* Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
